Francisco Javier Garcia-Alonso, Ramón Sanchez-Ocana, Irene Peñas-Herrero et al.

Delayed bleeding and stent migration were assessed in 250 patients after placement of lumen-apposing metal stent (LAMSs) for various indications over a 6-year period. Small-bowel capsule endoscopy and device-assisted enteroscopy for diagnosis and treatment of small-bowel disorders: European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE) (FREE ACCESS)

Emanuele Rondonotti, Cristiano Spada, Samuel Adler et al.

In 2015 the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE) issued a Clinical Guideline that focused mainly on the roles of small-bowel capsule endoscopy (SBCE) and deviceassisted enteroscopy (DAE) for diagnosis and management of small-bowel disorders. This Technical Review complements the Clinical Guideline. It focuses on technical issues relating to the use of both SBCE and DAE, providing guidance for clinicians on optimal performance of these procedures in clinical practice.
